         Exterior

Site - Checking drainage and grading, retaining walls, walkways, driveways, patios, decks, porches, fencing and gates.

Structure - Evaluation of the exterior walls, porches, trim, chimneys, foundation, slabs, basement and crawl space.

Roof/Attic - Checking access points, insulation, ventilation, framing, roof surface, flashing, drainage, overhangs, gutters and downspouts.

Garage - Evaluation of the overhead door, automatic opener and fire separation.

          Interior

Interior - Review of doors, windows, flooring, ceiling, and walls. Review fireplace, closets and stairs.

Kitchen - Checking cabinets, counters and sinks. Checking garbage disposal, dishwasher, range, oven and all built-in appliances.

Bathrooms - Checking cabinets, counters and sinks. Checking faucets, tubs, showers, toilets and ventilation.

      Mechanicals

Plumbing - An evaluation of the accessible main piping, distribution piping, waste and vent piping. Review fuel system, lawn sprinklers, water heater, and laundry connections.

Heat/Cooling - A check of the type of unit, condition, duct system, filters, and thermostat.

Electrical - Evaluate the service entrance, system capacity, panels, circuitry, wiring, outlets and switches.
